Hourly Consultation Services
College Fit for U LLC, is available for office or phone consultations and related research, including correspondence and follow-up, on an hourly basis. Billing is done in quarter-hour increments. Out-of-pocket expenses will be billed at cost.

- Interview of student and parent(s)
- Discussion of college affordability
- Review of academic record
- Advice on course selection
- Recommendations on extracurricular involvement and summer activities
- Preliminary assembly of resume
- Testing recommendations
- Discussion about how to make high school a successful endeavor
- Administration of career interest and personality inventory
College Planning Packages for Juniors and Seniors
Creating the Personalized College List:
- Interview of the student and parent(s)
- Discussion of College Affordability
- Review of academic record
- Advice on course selection and extracurricular involvement
- Student use of proprietary college planning software*
- Format and guidance for the activities resume
- Testing recommendations
- Career planning by administering career interest and personality inventory
- Refinement of choices of college type and major
- Advice on making successful college visits
- Preparation of a selected list of colleges that is uniquely suited to the student
* Limited to term of engagement, as determined by College Fit for U LLC.
Comprehensive Package:
This package takes the student through the entire college application process.
- Includes all services in College Planning Package above,
PLUS: - Unlimited use of proprietary college planning software
- Filing system with resources for use as an organizational tool
- Essay brainstorming sessions
- Editing of both Common Application essays
- Editing of the activities resume
- Editing of one additional essay
- Recommendations and practice for college interviews
- General financial aid guidance
- Help with making final choice when decision letters are received
